Shipping & Risk of Loss

We offer both tracked and untracked shipping options for US and Canada:Β 

But be warned, if you choose untracked shipping where offered.

Letter mail:Β  (currently unavailable due labour disputes strike)
For smalll orders, no changes, this will be the most encouraged shipping method for Americans right now! However, pins will be rubber backing instead locked pin backing.Β Β 

Tracked Shipping:
Increase in shipping cost, The Octopi Cafe will be absorbing the tariffs.Β 

For orders shipped to countries with strict consumer protection laws. This includes the UK, EU member states, and Australia.Β  We require tracked shipping by default to ensure compliance with local laws regarding lost parcels.

Return and Refund:

For customers in Australia, the UK, and EU countries, we comply with local consumer rights laws. Where applicable, we will provide a refund or replacement if your package is confirmed lost by the postal carrier. In such cases, tracked shipping is strongly recommended and may be required to process claims.

Estimated Delivery Times

Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:

  • Canada: 5–30 business days

  • USA: 7–30 business days

  • International: 15–30 business days (may take longer due to customs or postal delays)
